Contract Manager
The Military Space Strategic Business Unit delivers innovative space systems that drive mission success and provide resilient and persistent mission-level solutions to deter threats and counter emerging capabilities for the Department of Defense. What You'll Do :
Serve as a Contract Manager and manage a variety of FFP, CP, OTA, T&M, CRADA, IDIQ contracts.
Work collaboratively with all levels of program and functional personnel and executive leadership to ensure compliance with all contractual requirements.
Assume a contributing role in proposal development of new and follow-on business and contract change order proposals. Evaluate, identify risks, negotiate terms and conditions to mitigate business risk. At times this will be most of the workload.
Develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with program team and customer personnel for the advancement of long-term business opportunities.
Working knowledge of FAR / DFAR with advanced knowledge preferred.
Maintain auditable Contract files. Support audits with Internal / External and Government Audit Agencies.
Negotiate favorable business terms to affect shareholder value including payments, delivery and liability.
Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Perform other duties as necessary.
On-Site Work Environment : This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.
Working Conditions : Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.

Pay Information :
Full-Time Salary Range : $116419 - $197912 Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
