Technical Sourcing Manager, Advanced Thermal Technologies

Meta is seeking experienced professionals to join its Global Technology Sourcing team, which plays a critical role in supporting the company's 3.8B+ users by developing and deploying scale infrastructure globally. They will partner with various teams, including HW Engineering and Product Development, to drive supply chain technology roadmaps and execute strategies that deliver best value for Meta. The roles require technical expertise, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills to influence infrastructure product strategy and drive technical innovation, high-quality standards, and cost savings via customized supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement domain strategies to optimize economic and supply risk outcomes for technology infrastructure
• Influence internal product direction through data-driven results and technical expertise
• Build and maintain in-depth technical relationships with external partners, including suppliers and industry experts
• Provide technical review and analysis of supplier proposals and RFQs, resolving queries and driving negotiations
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and perform competitive analysis to inform sourcing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define future technology directions and roadmaps
• Drive supplier technical process improvements to enhance quality, cost, and time-to-deployment
• Represent the company at industry events and forums, and support product transfer from NPI to mass production
• Possess technical depth and business acumen to drive industry-level change and optimize the economics and risk profile for Meta's hardware platforms

$204,000 / year to $281,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
