Salary : $120,000–$130,000 per year

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Job Summary :

As a Therapist Supervisor, you’ll manage a team of therapists, ensuring quality care and professional development through strong mentorship and structure. This role focuses on clinical oversight, team support, and operational consistency—helping clinicians thrive while clients receive the best care possible.

Responsibilities :

• Provide supervision and case consultation to therapists and associates.
• Oversee clinical documentation, treatment plans, and compliance requirements.
• Develop strategies to improve care delivery and team performance.
• Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for both staff and clients.
