Job descriptionEndoscopy Tech San Marcos, TX Full-time, 13-week travel assignment, with potential for temp-to-perm placement Assist physicians and nurses with invasive endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient safety and procedure efficiency Prepare, maintain, and clean endoscopic equipment in accordance with regulatory standards Support with inserting monitors, collecting specimens, and ensuring sterile fields during procedures Reprocess endoscopes following ANSI / AAMI standards, including leak testing, cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilization Maintain infection control protocols and workplace safety measures, including proper handling of chemicals and PPE Assist with therapeutic interventions such as polypectomy, stent placement, and balloon dilation Stock and organize supplies to ensure readiness for scheduled procedures High School diploma or equivalent BLS (American Heart Association) certification SGNA (Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates) certification Ability to work until procedures are completed, typically 7am or 8am start, with end times ranging from 3pm to 7pm Basic understanding of endoscopy procedures and infection control practices 0-1 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in operating rooms or endoscopy units Prior experience working with endoscopy equipment and procedures is a plus Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced clinical environment with a dedicated team Potential for permanent placement based on performance and organizational needs Gain valuable experience in gastrointestinal procedures and endoscopy support Do not include personal names or contact details Do not include salary or financial information Do not include specific addresses beyond city & state Only include necessary, compliant job details suitable for public posting Dedicated Recruiter Dedicated Compliance Member Mileage reimbursement Weekly pay Referral bonus Benefits Start on Day 1 Medical benefits Dental Benefits Vision benefits Holiday Pay Guaranteed Hours License and certification reimbursement Immunization coverage Monitoring Credentials Mileage reimbursement Holiday Pay Guaranteed Hours License and certification reimbursement Weekly pay Benefits start day 1 Referral bonus Vision benefits Dental benefits
