Trillium Construction is seeking Finish Carpenters for a project near Albertville, MN who install cabinets, trim, and other accessories in 70' x 20' modular units, following blueprints & customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Follows direction of Crew Leader and guidance of more experienced crew members & mentors that align with work process and production activities.
• Install cabinets, trim, and other accessories inside and outside of 70' x 20' modular units, according to blueprints and specifications.
• Perform assigned work according to methods coaching and guidance, asking for assistance or guidance with unfamiliar tasks.
• Coordinate work activities with other production construction crew members and crew leads.
• Evaluate projects to determine compliance with technical specifications.
• Inspect equipment or tools to be used in construction and monitor and ensure proper safety protocols are in place and being followed.

Pay rate is up to $37 / hour. Schedule : 4p to 2a, Mon - Thursday, occasional Fridays, 40h / week - OT opportunities may become available down the line.
