Your Purpose in this Role

We are one of the top premier Commercial HVAC and Plumbing Contractors in the state of Arizona. We are looking for growth-motivated and self-starting individuals who value efficiency reliability and family .

The Driver / Tool Distributor plays a critical role in supporting field operations by ensuring timely accurate and safe delivery of tools equipment and materials to job sites throughout the Arizona area. This position maintains the flow of resources between the warehouse and field teams assists with inventory and equipment upkeep and promotes efficient reliable and responsive service to internal customers. The Driver / Tool Distributor represents the company on the road and on job sites and is expected to uphold strong customer service communication and safety standards.

$18.00 to $22.00 Pay Rate Determined in Interview.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

Tool Material & Equipment Delivery

Safely operate company vehicles to transport tools materials small equipment and job-site essentials to and from local project locations.

• Follow optimized delivery routes to meet project deadlines and minimize downtime for field staff.
• Ensure all transported items are delivered accurately in good condition and with proper documentation.

Field & Warehouse Support

Customer & Team Interaction

Qualifications

Valid Arizona State Drivers License with a clean driving record.

Minimum age of 25 due to company vehicle insurance requirements.

23 years of experience in delivery driving warehouse operations or tool / equipment handling preferred.

Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Dependable punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in fast-paced demanding environments.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work cooperatively with multiple departments.

Must pass required background check and drug screening
