Commitment : Flexible shifts during festival week March 9-15th, 2026
About the Role
The Omaha Film Festival is seeking enthusiastic Event Set-Up Volunteers to help us prepare venues and event spaces during our five-day celebration of independent film. This behind-the-scenes role is perfect for someone who enjoys teamwork, organization, and making an immediate impact on the festival experience.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces, including theaters, panel rooms, and party venues
- Help place signage, decorations, and festival materials
- Support technical staff with basic equipment placement (no prior experience needed—training provided)
- Ensure spaces are welcoming, organized, and ready for filmmakers and guests
