Salary : $45,000-$55,000 yearly
Sign on Bonus
$250 after 90 days
Additional $250 after 6 months
Salary starts at $45,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications)

Typical Day :
Oversees the day-to-day operation of the Day Support & Community Engagement programs as well as the day support facilityMonitors staff performance on a regular basis and provides feedbackMeets regularly with facility directors and staffReviews curriculum and service delivery modelEvaluates individuals referred and receiving servicesMonitors implementation of programsCoordinates and monitors the documentation processEnsures and supervises the implementation of Person-Centered PlansComplete parts I -V in WAMS systemComplete quarterlies in accordance with Person-Centered PlanningEnsures and supervises the implementation of the Person-Centered PlanAdvocates for individuals and makes program modifications as neededInvestigates individual and staff incidents and complete required documentationEnsures compliance with individuals rightsParticipates in discharge planningMonitors behavioral managementResponsible for writing Person-Centered Plans and assessmentsCommunicates regularly with the community and makes presentations at the CSBs and various facilitiesIdentify financial, safety, or security risks that the company may facePrepare action plans to decrease risk factorsProvide training and certification for organization staff so that they can be aware of risks and try to avoid themInvestigate potential risks and assess those risksReport any risks to the Executive DirectorKnowledge & Skills :
Education :A degree in Human Services OR
A Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Services.Experience :Supervisory experience in a human services setting is required.
Certification :Must be credentialed or eligible as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP), Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
Other Requirements :Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
