Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Behavior Therapists. In this role, you will provide 1 : 1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities in their home, school, or community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA and help children achieve meaningful developmental milestones.

Job Title : Entry-Level Behavior Therapist

Location : Orange County, California

Job Type : Part-Time

Pay Range : $20.00 - $26.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Reports To : Clinical Supervisor / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1 : 1 behavior therapy sessions as outlined in individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based teaching strategies and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress using designated tools / software.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision with BCBAs.
• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client care.
