Job descriptionProvide personal care to elderly man and assist him in common daily activities such as preparing meals, assisting with hygiene, etc. Genuinely connect with client and his family Competitive wages - $19 - 20 / hour (pay will be scaled based on verifiable experience level). Mileage compensation (currently 67 cents per mile) between cases Full / part time available Paid Time Off Holiday incentive pay Profit sharing plan - Company contributions will be made at the Company’s discretion to all employees who meet the plan’s eligibility requirements. Free uniforms provided Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent and maintenance of certification CPR certification High school diploma or equivalent is required Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred Excellent customer service skills Prolonged periods of standing and walking .
