Plumber - Full Time - Days

Join our dedicated Facilities team where you will perform various plumbing duties associated with water and steam systems. You will administer preventive maintenance schedules and be responsible for the repairs of the building systems. The ideal candidate must demonstrate knowledge of hand and power equipment as well as the ability to repair plumbing equipment.

This is a full time, day shift position located at NewYork- Presbyterian / Brooklyn Methodist Hospital Center.

Required Criteria :

High school diploma or GED

Minimum of two (2) years hands on experience in the plumbing trade

ASSE 6040 Medical Gas Systems Maintainer within 1 year of hire

Certification FDNY Certificate of Fitness for Fireguard F-60 within probation

FDNY Certificate of Fitness G-60 Torch Operations within probation

FDNY Certificate of Fitness S-12 Sprinkler Systems within probation

FDNY Certificate of Fitness S-13 Standpipe Systems within probation

Strong commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience

$41.73-$44.49 / Hourly
