Operations Program Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Program Manager specializing in AI.

Key Responsibilities

Support development and governance of the AI adoption program across business functions

Document current state process maps and identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflow improvements

Develop dashboards to track project progress, ROI, and operational impacts

Required Qualifications

5+ years' experience in program management, business partnership, and advisory roles

Deep expertise in Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field

Advanced degree and PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Familiarity with AI implementation and change management is a strong advantage
