Member Services Manager
Contra Costa Country Club is seeking a full-time Member Services Manager to lead our Outside Services operation. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for members from arrival to departure. You'll oversee the daily execution of services at bag drop, cart staging, club cleaning, and the practice facility, while training and motivating staff to uphold the highest standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, and service-focused, with the ability to lead by example and create a culture of professionalism and accountability.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and schedule the Outside Services team (bag drop, carts, range, etc.)
- Ensure exceptional first and last impressions for all members and guests
- Develop and implement training procedures to promote consistent, top-tier service
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked cart and range areas
- Proactively address member requests and concerns with professionalism
- Support a team-focused environment with clear communication and daily direction
- Monitor service flow during busy periods and adjust staffing or processes as needed
- Uphold safety standards and help ensure a safe, positive work environment
Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of experience in a golf, hospitality, or member-service leadership roleStrong interpersonal skills and a member-first mindsetDemonstrated ability to lead, train, and hold team members accountableExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesWillingness to work outdoors and lead by example in daily operationsKnowledge of golf operations is a plusValid driver's license requiredWhy Join Contra Costa Country Club?
