Minimum Qualifications :
- A Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field such as Construction Mechanical Petroleum Mining or Environmental Engineering.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) with the ability to obtain a MT PE license within 6 months.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive civil engineering experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of hydraulic engineering experience.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
Knowledge of the principles of civil engineering hydrology hydraulics fluvial geomorphology and river mechanics.Knowledge of the methods and practices of road and culvert construction.Skill to manage organize and categorize multiple engineering reports recommendations and designs.Skill in the use of standard and specialized hydraulic engineering software applications and modeling techniquesSkill with data management and database systems especially within GIS software.Ability to investigate analyze and form professional objective solutions to complex hydraulic engineering issues.Ability to exercise sound engineering judgement when developing and implementing solutions to engineering problems.Written and verbal communications skills for the development of technical engineering reports specifications and other technical information.Required Application Materials :
