Sample Coord

Job Title

Pick, stage, label, pack, and ship components and non-sterile prototypes of SPT trays containing surgical / medical products provided to Medline Sales Force, Customers and Internal Customers.

Core Job Responsibilities :

• Pick components and staging based on quotes logged in the Sample Room database. Create and pick work orders as needed.
• Responsible for the proper receipt, stocking, and organization of product samples, including all necessary components and literature. Order supplies for the sample room.
• Ship outbound sample packages to account representatives, specialists, and customers.
• Communicate via phone and email with Account Representatives and other departments.
• Assist multiple divisions with sending out components and packs. Provide support to product and / or sales team as required.

The anticipated salary range for this position : $16.50 - $22.25 Hourly. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
