A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist to support business development and sales activities by leading the development and submission of responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposal requests.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end RFP / RFI proposal development and submission for new business opportunities and account renewals
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Leadership, and Account Management to produce high-quality, strategic responses
Manage quoting, proposal generation, and renewal processes across multiple lines of business
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3-5 years of experience in Sales Support
Experience drafting and editing RFPs for sales teams
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools
Experience with databases, reporting tools, or project management platforms
