Job Summary

The FX Sales Representative works within the Payments group on the Corporate Foreign Exchange (FX) sales team. This position is responsible for driving foreign exchange sales revenue through high-quality client servicing strong internal partnerships and excellence in the sales process.

Essential Functions

• Demonstrate proficiency in foreign exchange markets and products including spot transactions forward contracts swaps and options
• Provide clients with consultative FX risk management and transactional FX solutions tailored to their business needs
• Direct effective onboarding including documentation credit lines and platform setups
• Deliver excellence in customer service and trade execution across all client interactions
• Employ a strategic approach to business development built upon a structured sales management process
• Maintain a quality FX pipeline in Salesforce
• Plan and host client education sessions and engagement events to strengthen relationships
• Foster strong relationships and collaboration with internal stakeholders and product partners
• Contribute to a strong team-oriented culture and embody Keys core values
• Invest in ongoing professional development and remain current on market trends and industry best practices
• Demonstrate proficient understanding of risk management within the broader business and industry context
• Performs other duties as assigned; duties responsibilities and / or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
• Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures including without limitation acting professionally at all times conducting business ethically avoiding conflicts of interest and acting in the best interests of Keys clients and Key.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $94000.00 - $175000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors including but not limited to skills experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
