What You’ll Do :

Lead the preconstruction process on commercial projects from concept through GMP.

Manage estimates, budgets, and schedules while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Work closely with project owners, architects, and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions.

Oversee bid processes, subcontractor outreach, and proposal preparation.

Provide value-engineering insights to keep projects aligned with client goals.

Partner with operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff into construction.

What We’re Looking For :

7+ years of commercial construction experience with at least 3 years in preconstruction or estimating.

Strong background in cost estimating, project planning, and conceptual budgeting.

Excellent communication and leadership skills—you’ll be the go-to resource for clients and partners in the early stages of the project.

Familiarity with regional subcontractor markets and strong relationships in Colorado.
