Job Title : Water and Fire Restoration Crew Chief

Company : Hydroforce Cleaning & Restoration

Pay : $70,000-$100,000 a year

Bonuses : Monthly performance bonuses + quarterly team bonuses

What Youll Do

Lead field teams on restoration jobs (water, fire, mold, and contents)

Supervise and train technicians and helpers

Set up, monitor, and remove drying and filtration equipment

Perform demolition, cleaning, and moisture inspections

Document job conditions and work progress in job management apps

Communicate clearly with customers and Project Managers

Maintain clean and well-stocked trucks and equipment

Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service calls

Qualifications

Construction experience preferred especially restoration, interior remodeling, or demo

IICRC certification (WRT, ASD) is a plus, but not required

Strong leadership and customer service skills

Comfortable using mobile apps and software

Valid drivers license with clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or hot spaces

Must be dependable and coachable

Compensation & Benefits

$25-$35 per hour based on experience

Monthly performance bonuses

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday to Friday

Occasional evenings and weekends (on-call rotation)
