Role Overview

The Senior Designer will own and elevate Canns visual identity across all consumer touchpointsfrom packaging to digital to retail to experiential. This person is equal parts strategic thinker and roll-up-your-sleeves maker. Youll translate our brand voice into bold, cohesive, highly creative visual work that stands out in a crowded (and regulated) category.

What You'll Do : Brand & Creative

• Lead design development across campaigns, digital, social, email, retail, events, and partnerships.
• Evolve and maintain Canns visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels including video.
• Concept and execute creative for product launches, seasonal moments, and marketing campaigns.
• Partner with Copy + Brand teams to bring storytelling to life visually.
