Northwest Asphalt & Maintenance of Thief River Falls, Minnesota is actively seeking motivated individuals for seasonal asphalt crack repair.

We have openings for Laborers and Flaggers. Work a 7 month season and enjoy winters off!!

401K & Health Insurance offered. Valid driver’s license preferred.

Travel, lodging and weekly per diem are provided. We work all over Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

Road construction experience is helpful, but not required. We will train the right applicant.

Job Requirements :

Ability to work outside, which includes standing, walking, kneeling, and operating hand tools.

Dependable and willingness to work a 50-60 hour workweek. The ability to work as directed. Weekend work is not required, but happens occasionally.
