Schedule : Full-time, In-Office

Hours : 8 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM (Flexible)

Start Date : ASAP

Billable Hour Requirement : 1800 2000

About the Role :

On Call Counsel is seeking a highly skilled Complex Litigation Attorney to join a prestigious and growing law firm based in White Plains, NY . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with a strong background in business litigation to join a dynamic legal team handling sophisticated and high-stakes cases.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent clients in all phases of complex commercial litigation, from pre-trial through trial and appeal

Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents

Conduct legal research, depositions, and discovery

Attend court appearances and argue motions

Manage and develop client relationships

Work closely with partners and other attorneys to develop litigation strategies

Qualifications :

58 years of experience in complex litigation , with a focus on business or commercial matters

Admission to the New York State Bar is required; additional bar admissions are a plus

Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to client service
