Job descriptionTemporary position $20.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07 : 30am to 04 : 00pm) Strong purchasing and invoicing background required. Ability to code invoices and manage vendor accounts. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong personality – confident, assertive, and able to hold others accountable. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CMMS / work order systems, or similar software. Applicant may be subject to a background check A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire. Maintenance Shop Admin
We are seeking a confident, organized, and detail-oriented Maintenance Shop Administrator to oversee daily shop operations. This role requires a strong personality with proven follow-through who can manage work orders, coordinate purchasing, and ensure jobs are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in administrative processes while being assertive enough to keep the team accountable and the shop running smoothly.

Maintenance Shop Admin Details :
Purchasing & Inventory,Source, order, and track parts, tools, and supplies.
Work Order Management,Create, assign, and track maintenance jobs and work orders.
Administrative Support,Maintain organized filing systems for purchase orders, invoices, and service records.
Maintenance Shop Admin Qualifications :
Previous administrative experience in a maintenance, shop, or service environment preferred.
