A company is looking for a Director of Operations, Research & Development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage department staff and oversee production operations of R&D

Drive process improvement initiatives and enhance report delivery efficiency

Perform audit support for clients and ensure quality control of R&D calculations and reports

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field; Attorney or LLM in Taxation preferred

Seven plus years of experience in Management, Tax, or Accounting industry

Advanced proficiency in Excel

Experience in researching and providing guidance on technical tax issues

Strong analytical and planning capabilities
