Home Health PT Physical Therapist (PRN) - Empath Home Health - East Pasco County Empath Home Health, a part of Empath Health is growing! We're expanding our home health services in east Pasco County and looking for a passionate PRN Home Health PT Physical Therapist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a market expansion , serving patients in their homes with the flexibility to set your own schedule and grow with us as we continue to build our presence in the community. In this PRN role, you'll deliver individualized care, build trusted patient relationships, and help people manage their health with dignity and independence.

Locations : home health visits in east Pasco county (Wesley Chapel, Land' O Lakes, Odessa, Dade City, Zephyrhills, and surrounding areas)

Schedule : PRN role offering 5-10+ visits per week. Required weekend / holiday on-call rotations. Potential for full-time in the future if desired!
