Are you a creative storyteller with a heart for ministry and a passion for teaching the next generation of media leaders? This unique role combines professional broadcast production with hands-on instruction in audio / visual arts at Cornerstone Christian Schools (CCS).
As the Program Producer | Production Arts Instructor, you'll lead engaging Audio Video Technology courses while also producing high-quality content for Hagee Ministries (HM), Cornerstone Church, and CCS. You'll mentor students, build a thriving Student Production Team, and collaborate with our ministry's talented creative staff to deliver impactful media that reaches people both locally and around the world.
What You Will Do
- Oversee the development, implementation, and instruction of the Audio Video Technology course(s) at CCS.
- Establish and mentor a Student Production Team, equipping students with technical skills in video production, live broadcasting, and multimedia storytelling.
- Develop and deliver engaging, hands-on curriculum that combines classroom instruction, studio production, live events, weekly student-led video announcements, and sports coverage.
- Coordinate with CCS Administration to align educational content with school objectives and industry standards.
- Produce broadcast, webcast, podcast, and other digital content for programs :
Guest booking and coordination
Scheduling taping sessionsLead video tapings and ensure quality productionsCreative storytellingScripting and preparing program materials including OTOs, webcasts, video announcements, and related media.Researching and securing footageConduct quality control for all broadcast content to ensure it meets technical and creative standards.Produce on-demand and live content for ministry events and initiatives.Collaborate with production team, including video, audio, and creative staff, to enhance student learning and produce high-quality media.Ensure that all content aligns with the mission and values of Hagee Ministries, Cornerstone Church, and CCS.Maintain industry-standard equipment and oversee student access to state-of-the-art production tools.Stay current with emerging trends in AV technology to enhance both educational and production outcomes.Assist with special production projects, such as Christmas and Easter plays, and other ministry events as required.Shoot and edit broadcast quality content as needed.Perform additional duties as needed to support the ministry and its objectives.What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).5+ years of experience in broadcast production, live event production, or media content creation.Previous teaching or mentoring experience in an academic or professional setting desirable.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Expertise in broadcast equipment, cameras, lighting, and audio systems.Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and project development.Ability to effectively teach, mentor, and inspire students in a Christ-centered academic environment.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple productions and deadlines.Familiarity with live-streaming technology and digital content platforms.Compensation & Benefits

Physical Requirements
