General Maintenance Worker I

Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking contingent full time General Maintenance Worker I in Port Hueneme, CA. This position is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of facilities and equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform basic plumbing tasks like unclogging drains or fixing leaks.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in common areas.
• Maintain outdoor areas by raking leaves, clearing walkways, or watering plants.
• Monitor and restock maintenance supplies and tools.
• Paint walls, doors, or trim as needed.
• Report safety hazards or needed repairs to supervisors.
• Assist with moving boxes, equipment, or furniture.
• Lock and unlock buildings and rooms as scheduled.
• Other duties as required.

Pay Range : The pay range for this role is $23.40 - $24 Hourly. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
