Responsibilities :

Communicate regularly with third-party service providers, airlines, GSAs, and GHAs.

Plan, dispatch, and optimize air cargo consolidations with a focus on financial performance and customer satisfaction.

Utilize MS Office (particularly Excel) and quickly learn company-specific software systems.

Maintain excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal relationships across teams and partners.

Your Skills and Experience :

Previous work experience in the freight forwarding industry, preferably in air logistics.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Perseverance, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.

Proficient in written and verbal English.
