Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner

I hope this message finds you well! I m reaching out about an exceptional Nurse Practitioner opportunity with Amergis in Seattle, WA. This is a premium, high-impact role focused on providing compassionate, in-home primary care to a geriatric population with complex, polychronic conditions.

Details :

Location : Seattle, WA (must live within 20 miles of city center)

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8am 5pm

Type : Locums-to-Perm or Perm (Locums-to-Perm preferred)

Rate : Discuss by Phone + mileage reimbursement at $0.70 / mile

Start Date : November 1, 2025-6 months with strong potential for permanent conversion

Patient Volume : 3 7 patients / day

EMR : Athena

Active WA NP license, BC, BLS, and DEA

2+ years of direct patient care as an NP

In-home care and geriatric experience required

Nephrology experience is a big plus!
