This role involves assisting machine operators with loading products into machinery and ensuring smooth operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators in daily tasks.
• Load products into machines for processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support general maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
• Ensure proper use of hand and power tools.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of machine operating experience.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of machine operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in general production and maintenance.
• Familiarity with general labor tasks.

Work Environment

The facility is clean, though it may become dusty at times. It features heating for the winter but lacks air conditioning, so it can be warm in summer. Employees are required to wear steel-toed shoes, which they must provide. Safety gear such as dust masks, safety glasses, and hard hats are provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
