Job descriptionVRF / VRV systems Split systems and chillers Ductwork, piping, insulation, and controls Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies Train and mentor apprentices and technicians Track hours, materials, and project updates; communicate with management Support system startup, testing, and commissioning 5–8 years of commercial HVAC installation experience 2+ years of experience as a foreman or lead installer Strong understanding of HVAC systems common to Arizona's commercial projects Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and schematics Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors and on rooftops in high-heat conditions Excellent leadership and communication skills Arizona Mechanical License or journeyman-level certification EPA 608 Certification (refrigerant handling) OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Familiarity with Phoenix-area mechanical codes Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred Competitive pay : $30–$45 / hour , depending on experience Overtime opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation time and holidays Company vehicle or fuel allowance (DOE) Career advancement opportunities (Superintendent / Project Manager track) Projects throughout the Phoenix metro area Work includes rooftops, outdoor sites, and mechanical rooms Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, and working at heights Monday–Friday schedule, occasional overtime or weekends as needed Strong reputation in Arizona's HVAC industry Supportive leadership and family-oriented culture Steady, year-round work on diverse commercial projects Commitment to safety, quality, and career growth

We're seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman to lead field crews, coordinate daily operations, and deliver top-quality installations.If you're a skilled leader ready to take the next step in your HVAC career, this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews on commercial construction and retrofit projects
- Plan daily tasks, assign crew work, and monitor progress and safety
- Read and interpret blueprints, duct layouts, and mechanical drawings
- Oversee installation of :
Rooftop Units (RTUs)
