What We Are Looking For

Lake Granbury Medical Center's Med / Surg Department is now hiring a Registered Nurse to work in our thriving 73 bed acute care hospital. The 24 bed unit encompasses complex patients that are both chronic and acute, and often with comorbidities who require surgical services. Our Registered Nurses integrate standards of care into our daily practice that includes : commitment, effective communication, customer service, responsiveness, sense of ownership and positive attitudes.

What You Will Do

Job Duties :

• Deliver care to patients utilizing nursing process
• Assessing and planning care of your patients
• Intervenes as appropriate and evaluates interventions
• Implements safety / infection control measures
• Continuously educates patient and families
• Maintains continuity of care with all departments
