Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Facilities Maintenance Technician located in Dallas Texas.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager the Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the repair and upkeep of building facilities in a warehouse setting.

Shift : 6 : 00am-2 : 30pm

What a typical day looks like :

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs

Performs general repairs to include repairing drywall painting and repairing doors and other building fixtures

Plans repair work using buildings blueprints or equipment manual as needed.

Performs routine preventive maintenance on building systems

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Perform other related duties as assigned

The experience were looking to add to our team :

High School Diploma or equivalent; Completion of a trade school program preferred.

3-5 years of experience in preventative maintenance or related field

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Ability to use hand tools and power tools

Good interpersonal skills mathematical aptitude mechanical / technical skills and logical problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and shift from task to task as needed

Deadline and detail-oriented

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
