Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 80-100+ outbound cold calls per day in both English and Japanese
• Prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
• Qualify leads and book appointments for Account Executives
• Manage leads effectively within CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Research target accounts and industries to personalize outreach
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies
• Track and report key metrics to improve performance
