Customer Service Representative

Job Opportunity : Contract Position in Bellevue, NE

Agents will be taking inbound calls from customers, average 40-50 calls per day. Majority of calls are quick, around 5 minutes. Answering general questions about price matching, sales promotions currently happening, returns and assisting customers placing orders. Generally easy going calls, will have a disgruntled call every now and then but otherwise easy customer service calls. When not taking calls, agents do not have other duties assigned but are expected to familiarize themselves with products and services provided.

Skills : Customer service, Customer support, Call center, data entry. Additional Skills & Qualifications : Customer service experience. Computer skills are beneficial. Microsoft office products.

Job Type & Location : This is a contract position based out of Bellevue, NE. Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $16.00 / hr.
