Position Highlights :
- Hourly wage ranging from $24.42 - $35.95, depending on experience.
- Hiring / Retention Bonus Structure :
At Hire : $1,500.00
At 180 Days (6 months) : $2,000.00At 12 months : $1,500.00Bonus is pro-rated based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE).Benefits :

Act as a link between patients and behavioral health services.Coordinate warm handoffs and assist with patient rooming.Manage schedules, messages, and follow-ups for the Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC).Administer and track behavioral health screeners (PHQ-9, GAD-7, etc.).Support telehealth visits and reach out to high-risk patients.Provide interpretation services for BHCs or coordinate interpreter services as needed.Work collaboratively with a compassionate, mission-driven team.Qualifications :
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) accredited by the US Department of Education.Completion of a medical assisting program that meets the required training hours or an approved apprentice program.Must be a certified Medical Assistant or eligible to take the certification.One year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant is required; experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred.CPR certification is required within 90 days of hire.Current documentation for certification from a recognized accrediting organization is required within 90 days of hire.Strong medical knowledge to understand theories and technical aspects of medicine.Excellent people skills for managing diverse personalities and situations.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.Basic proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Epic, and EMR.Our Mission Statement :
