Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a Virtual Special Education Teacher to provide engaging and effective instruction to students in Oklahoma. This part-time role focuses on English and History and requires both content and special education certification in these subjects.
Key Responsibilities :
Deliver virtual instruction in English and History, adapting lessons to meet the needs of students with diverse learning profiles.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in alignment with state standards.
Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
Collaborate with families, support staff, and other educators to support student success.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student performance and compliance with IEP requirements.
Qualifications :
Valid Oklahoma teaching certification in English and History .
Special Education certification for the applicable grade levels.
Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage students in a virtual environment.
