Qualifications :

Experience working with K-12 students (required)

Active Pennsylvania Instructional I or II Certification in Special Education

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Passion for working with children with diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs

Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and families to support each student's success

Design engaging, differentiated lesson plans aligned with IEP goals

Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress regularly

Create a safe, inclusive, and productive classroom environment

Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, inviting them to be active partners in their child's learning

Coordinate with school therapists on behavioral and disciplinary strategies

Submit quarterly progress reports and maintain accurate records
