What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach Account Managers
• Increase quoting speed, accuracy, and sales follow-through
• Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting in the CRM
• Maintain project management for accuracy and timelines
• Implement SOPs, build and maintain sales reporting tools, and improve sales workflows
• Drive new brand acquisition and help expand existing accounts
• Join strategic client calls (retention, upsells, escalations)
• Collaborate with R&D, Client Services, Production, and Quality teams
