Overview :

Seeking a skilled Python Developer for the IT Derivatives / Fixed Income team, responsible for designing and implementing Python solutions for Front Office applications, while supporting existing applications for daily operations on the Front Office Trading Desk.

Position :

Python Developer (10+ years of experience)

Responsibilities :

Design, build, and configure Python applications based on business requirements.

Collaborate with trading teams and quantitative analysts to understand their workflows and optimize solutions.

Provide work estimates, including time, resources, and risks.

Develop coding architecture for new applications and features.

Maintain and enhance code quality through code analysis, security scans, and CI / CD practices.

Participate in all phases of the software delivery lifecycle, from analysis to support.

Required Qualifications :

10+ years of experience as a Python Developer.

Experience with Python environment installation in both Windows and Linux.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with .NET, C#, and REST APIs (including Enterprise Authentication).

Proficiency with MS SQL Server and / or Sybase.

Experience supporting trading desks.
