Lead the Charge as a Technical Service Director!

You'll manage all aspects of service operations, optimize technician efforts, and enhance customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role :
- Steer daily department processes, focusing on workflow and operational productivity.
- Lead and empower technicians, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Ensure timely processing of repair orders and accurate data entry.
- Resolve customer concerns with efficiency, ensuring transparent communication.
- Work closely with parts, sales, and ops for an integrated service experience.
- Enforce adherence to safety measures and regulatory standards.
- Periodically assess service metrics, driving improvements where necessary.
- Support staffing efforts through recruitment and training of service personnel.
- Manage inventory, ensuring the readiness of tools and equipment.
Candidate Requirements :
Extensive experience in service management, particularly in diesel or mechanical sectors.Proficient leadership and communication strengths.High competency in organizational and problem-solving tasks.Familiarity with service management systems such as Fullbay is ideal.Technical expertise in diesel, mechanical, or automotive domains.Valid driver’s license; completion of background checks and drug testing required.Additional Skills :
Computer system knowledge.Experience in orchestrating shop schedules and technician activities.Understanding of DOT and OSHA regulations.
