Emish Market , located in Fife, WA, is a Ukrainian grocery store offering a wide variety of imported goods from Ukraine and other European countries. Alongside our store, we operate a full-service café, bakery, and meat department, serving freshly made Ukrainian dishes, sweet pastries, and specialty meats. Our mission is to provide a warm, authentic, and memorable experience for every guest.

We are currently looking for a skilled and dependable Butcher to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on butchering experience, knowledge of proper meat cuts, and the ability to operate commercial meat-processing equipment.

What You'll Do

• Cut, trim, slice, grind, and prepare a variety of meats according to standards
• Operate heavy machinery including grinders, slicers, and cutting machines safely and efficiently
• Order, receive, and inspect meat deliveries
• Package, label, and display meat products for retail sale
• Maintain accurate rotation of stock to ensure freshness and reduce waste
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Provide excellent service and support to customers and other team members

Work Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday, 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

Pay Range : $22 - $26 / hour depending on experience
