We are looking for a Staffing / Scheduling Coordinator to join our team of healthcare professionals.
Staffing Coordinator responsibilities include :
- Create schedules and daily assignment sheets for CNAs, CMTs, and Nurses (completed monthly)
- Assist the Director of Nursing with interviewing, hiring, disciplining, and terminating CNAs, CMT's and Nurses
- Review bi-weekly punch details for accuracy and indicate employees’ eligibility for various bonuses
- Assist in calculating certified hours for the nursing department
- Maintain attendance records for nursing employees
- Complete Employee Payroll Change Notices for status changes such as hiring, termination, raises, full-time / part-time, and leaves of absence
- Perform reference checks on nursing applicants
- Maintain a current list of all clinical care employee phone numbers
- Follow up with all newly hired CNA / CMTs & Nurses to ensure the checklist is complete
- Perform other duties as requested by the Director of Nursing (DON) or Administrator
Staffing Coordinator Requirements :
