Reports To : Vice President of Sales

Position Summary :

The PowerBI Analyst is responsible for developing and executing data visualization and reporting strategies that enhance decision-making and business performance across all product lines. This PowerBI Analyst role manages the end-to-end reporting process, including responding to requests for dashboards, maintaining data documentation, and overseeing quarterly updates. The PowerBI Analyst must take a data-driven approach, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and perform strategic analysis of market and cost factors to ensure reporting aligns with business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Manage and process all requests for dashboards and reports within a 24-36-hour turnaround time as part of the PowerBI Analyst responsibilities.
  • Define, implement, and maintain reporting strategies based on market insights, competitor analysis, and company goals.
  • Analyze costs, market conditions, and profitability to establish data models that maximize visibility and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Sourcing, Finance, and Engineering teams to align reporting strategies with product roadmaps and marketing initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and business competitiveness.
  • Maintain and track reporting logs, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting of associated metrics.
  • Prepare and manage quarterly updates and enhancements to PowerBI dashboards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership to support the PowerBI Analyst function.

Education and Experience Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record in data visualization, reporting strategy, or financial analysis.
  • Previous experience in the tire or related manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional decision-making.
