Position Overview

Based in Miami, Florida, the In-House Legal Counsel (USA) will provide expert legal guidance and ensure compliance across all aspects of our U.S. operations for the EU-based Mouratoglou Group. This role involves drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts, structuring new entities, and managing legal risks. As the first in‑house legal hire in the U.S., this individual will play a pivotal role in establishing the legal framework to support our expansion. They will work closely with our European headquarters, particularly the legal team in France, as well as with external advisers, to ensure alignment and robust legal governance across the group. This role requires a proactive, business‑oriented attorney admitted to a U.S. Bar, with strong experience in contracts, real estate, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Contracts & Commercial Agreements

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including service agreements, sponsorships, rental and lease agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Develop and implement standard contract templates and processes.
