Key Responsibilities Supervise and coach a team of analysts and application processors Design, document, and optimize operational workflows for application processing Lead the team's analysis function and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues Required Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in a relevant field Bachelor's degree preferred in Data Analytics, Environmental Science, Energy, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Strong balance of technical, analytical, and people management skills Experience in process improvement and workflow redesign Ability to create training materials and standard operating procedures
