RN Supervisor

Job Description

Seeking a RN Supervisor for second shift to oversee daily nursing activities and provide direct patient care based on individualized needs and established standards.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing assistants and team nurses to ensure quality care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor.

Qualifications :

• Valid RN license
• Experience in nurse management and staff supervision
• Background in senior care, including long-term and rehab settings
• Knowledge of physiology and critical care practices
• Strong team management and communication skills
