Accounting Specialist

The Accounting Specialist supports the accounting team by preparing daily bank account reconciliations and providing other services as needed.

Du ti es / Responsibili ti es :

• Conducts routine data entry management for accounting records.
• Processes daily reconciliations
• Works with practices to ensure daily reconciliations are being completed accurately and timely
• Reviews credit card transactions for proper documentation and coding
• May assist with accounts payable duties
• May assist with mail distribution, answering telephones, and other clerical tasks as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
