ND Global Consulting Services is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Johnson City, New York.

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care skills, a solid clinical background, and the ability to provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver direct and individualized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and vital signs accurately.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform necessary clinical procedures safely.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
  • Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and professional nursing standards.

    • Requirements :

  • Active RN License (State of assignment or Compact).
  • Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS, PALS.
  • Experience : Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience required.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

    • Schedule & Hours :

  • Day shifts | 36 hours per week.
  • Every other weekend rotation required.
