Full-Time Criminal Defense Attorney – San Jose Area

An established and reputable criminal defense law firm is currently seeking one (1) full-time attorney to join our team in the San Jose area and surrounding counties .

We handle a broad range of criminal cases, from misdemeanors to serious felonies. As a member of our team, you will be assigned entire cases with support from the firm. You will also be expected to cover specific cases independently , including court appearances, motions, negotiations, and trials.

Position Requirements :

• Must have felony trial experience
• Must have substantial experience handling criminal defense matters
• Ability to manage a case from initial appearance through trial and disposition
• Strong courtroom presence, professionalism, and client communication skills
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
